When I wear a sleep mask I almost always have a great night sleep. It blocks out light that can disrupt sleep.
Light influences our internal clock through specialized "light sensitive" cells in the retina of our eyes. These cells, which occupy the same space as the rods and cones that make vision possible, tell the brain whether it is daytime or nighttime, and our sleep patterns are set accordingly (healthysleep.med.harvard.edu).

Here are some whimsical sleep masks by Mary Green-so you can sleep in style!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Here is a replica version of the eye mask Audrey Hepburn wore in Breakfast at Tiffany's.
How many of you wear sleep masks?
