I am so happy to be visiting Lilac and Grey. (Thanks, Cara!) I get teased that all the rooms in my Victorian are grey but to me they are all different shades of grey; the kitchen is more blue/green/grey while the living room is a stone grey and our bedroom is mushroom. Ok, so they are all grey. I'm happy to share 8 of my favorite grey rooms
Oh, and did you see the chocolate, olive oil and sea salt brownies recipe that Cara posted? I'll definitely be making those in my blue/green/grey kitchen.
This traditional entry is such a lovely soft grey. Like a Seattle dayówhere the house is located.

Love the layers of soft greys in this home office nook of former Domino Editor, Tori Mellott.† I love the curtains too.
A minimal modern kitchen doesnít have to be stark white. I love the pale dove grey against the light wood floors and white. Feels very Scandinavian.

On the other end of the grey spectrum is this charcoal kitchen. Very dramatic. Love the rustic table paired with industrial sleek stainless steelóone of my current favorite kitchen design ideas.
This grey reminds me of thunderstorms, how the clouds get almost a green hue to them.† It is formal room but feels very calm.

Grey truly is a neutral that can be paired with anything and look good. Love how the dresser, headboard and wall color are all essentially the same.
One of my favorite color combinations is grey and yellow, with a healthy dose of white. Love this pairing in a bedroom design.
Okay, so this isn't really a room, more of hallway. But I love the idea of hidden doors and secret rooms. Plus, the blue-grey is gorgeous.
