Our suite was stunning and beautifully decorated. It was complete with a huge rain shower, soaking tub, gas fireplace, and infinity pool. Each night we arrived back to our room with candles light, and a little sweet treat bedside (my fave were the macaroons!)
For breakfast, we had the choice of room service, or going to the breakfast buffet (we chose buffet) where they had buckets of organic berries and fresh sliced fruit, a smoked salmon station, a large selection of fresh breads and pastries, champagne with fresh peach, orange, or strawberry juice mixers, and omelet station where the chef cooked the most amazing Huevos Rancheros, (you get the idea)...

We drank plenty of Margaritas! And not just on the rocks with salt; We tried plum and coconut margaritas, mango margaritas with chili salt, guava, and blue margaritas...all AMAZING!
Phew, so that is our vacation in a nutshell. Would I go back? In a second! I have never met such a polished, and attentive hotel staff then the one at Capella Pedregal. They were all so sweet that I wanted to take them all home with me! Boy do I miss that "turn-down" service! After writing this post, I may need another vacation *wink*
