During the warm summer months I have a really hard time wearing pants-especially jeans. I find them to be so restricting and uncomfortable. I am always looking for cute and stylish pants that are also comfortable to wear, so I can give my summer dresses a little break. What do you think about these printed pants? Which one is your fave?

One of my favorites stores in town attaches a little lavender sprig to each bag purchased. It is the perfect little "touch." Lavender is so elegant and the smell puts me at peace. Why not add it to a tablescape?

Monday Style

How adorable is this swimsuit? Want to know the best part? The price is right! The weekend weather was perfect as predicted. I wish I was able to slip on a swimsuit and go out on the boat, but it ended up being a little too chilly{for me}. We ended up shopping for bikes, and enjoying Father's Day lunch in Point Pleasant. Perfect Weather

After a gloomy, rainy, misty week here in New Jersey- the weekend forecast is looking perfect. I am looking forward to spending time outdoors. Sunday is Father's Day, and although my dad is with us in spirit, we will honor him, like always on that day. We will probably be spending the day with my wonderful father-in-law on his boat.

Oh my Gosh!

I have always had a hard time "focusing." I don't have ADD, I just have my hands in a lot of different pots, if that makes sense? I am always striving to "do it all" and have a problem saying no to people. I need to learn how to relax, and focus on one thing at a time. Now that I have gotten that out there, that should half explain my lack luster, sporadic posts here on the blog lately. I promise, there is more to the story- and you will know about what else I have been up to very soon *wink*

Weekend Time

I made a promise to myself 3 1/2 years ago that I was never going to work 9-5, doing the same thing everyday, for a meager salary, while some CEO was making millions. I am not going to lie, working for myself, building a real estate career, and writing this blog is not always a fairy-tale, but it sure beats that feeling I used to have sitting at my desk in NYC, at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday, literally watching the minutes change on the clock. For those of you in that position, I feel your pain, or maybe you are not in pain like I was. So even though I am off to show some houses now, it still feels like the weekend has already started because I am doing what I love to do, and it is on my terms. Happy Weekend, whenever yours starts :)
