Today is the official start of OPERATION BODY COMEBACK here on Lilac and Grey. I will be sharing my journey back to my pre-baby self. It is not just a healthy weight that I am looking to accomplish, it is full mind and body. I am looking to be the best and healthiest version of myself for my new baby, my husband, but mostly for ME!

To kickoff "OBC," and for anyone who would like to join me, you have to have the right "gear" and a plan. I will be going into detail about the body cleanse and diet I will be doing to kick-start my metabolism, but if you want to get a head start you can read more about it HERE. I will also be going into full detail later this week about my workout plan. I have this blog that I will be documenting my success, but if you are doing this at home, get yourself a journal. I definitely do not drink enough water, so staying hydrated is extremely important, especially when cleansing and working out. Having pretty workout clothes is imperative to keep you motivated for your daily workout. If you are doing any sort of diet, cleanse or detox that leaves you feeling deprived of food, starving, or lethargic, don't do it! Choosing the right plan for you and your body is key. I would never choose a plan that did not include food. Who wants to live on just liquids alone, not this girl!
